Screening at the Melbourne Documentary Film Festival is the documentary Wanting To Fly, which explores the “suspension community”, a subculture about which little is known. Filmmaker Matthew Morden follows Neil, who is about to undergo his first “suspension.” Greg spoke to Matthew to learn more about this subculture and this painful looking practice which is supposed to provide some healthy pyschological benfits for those who participate.
