A WAY TO LIVE – interview with writer Peter Levy

A Way To Live is a black comedy/action drama, another variation on the odd couple buddy formula. It has been written by Melbourne based screenwriter Peter Levy. Paul Lewis has been diagnosed with cancer and he just wants to spend his last days fishing. Then he meets Chris, a retired Greek hitman and ex-Army sniper, and the bodies begin to pile up. Paul is in way over his head. Think films like The Matador, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and so forth. A Way To Live will be performed by professional actors in a special reading as part of the 2018 season of A Fistful Of Scripts at ACMI on January 11. Greg caught up with Peter to find out more.
