Filmed in and around Melbourne, The Faceless Man is an Ozploitation genre mash-up from the mind of debut feature film director James Di Martino, who has previously made 5 short films. It stars newcomer Sophie Thurling and veteran Mad Max star Roger Ward. The film has screened on the festival circuit and took home 6 major awards at the Melbourne Underground Film Festival including Best Director and Best Film. It is available on demand from August 28. Greg spoke to James about the film, the genesis of the story, shooting on location in Dromana, casting the film, and lots more.
