by GREG KING The 35th St Kilda Film Festival screens from May 17 – May 26. The festival is the longest running publicly owned short film festival. As well as screening the Top 100 Short Film Competition, there are plenty of other exciting programs, including SoundKILDA, Right There On My TV, the Guanajuato International Film Festival and a retrospective on local filmmaker David Batty.
