The Cinema Nova is hosting the Science Fiction Film Festival from August 25-28. The festival will be screening a number of new science fiction films from around the world, plus a program of short films. Also screening are two classics of the genre – Douglas Trumbull’s 1983 film Brainstorm, starring Christopher Walked and Natalie Wood in her final film role, and the 40th anniversary screening of the director’s cut of Star Trek II: The Wrath Of Khan, with some new footage. Greg chatted with festival director Simon Foster to learn more about the program, which will also be screening in other states.
