The Melbourne Queer Film Festival commences at ACMI cinemas on March 31 and runs through until April 11, with a range of queer themed features, documentaries and short films. The centrepiece is the documentary Remembering The Man, about Timothy Conigrave. The opening night film is That’s Not Us, which has been described as a modern day The Big Chill for the queer set, while the closing night film is Fourth Man Out. Greg spoke to festival programmer Spiro Economopoulos to find out more about this year’s festival and some of the highlights.
