Archibald Prize winning artist Keith Looby had his work displayed in galleries around the world. But the maverick, idiosyncratic and outspoken artist fell out of favour with the arts establishment, and now most of his works sit in storage. This documentary is an attempt to restore his reputation and bring one of Australia’s foremost painters to the attention of a new generation. Greg speaks to producer Sean Murphy about the documentary, which screens as part of the Melbourne Documentary Film Festival.
