A septet of teens form a vigilante group in this drama that one critic described as “Kids meets Death Wish”. Juvenile Delinquents is the debut feature from Australian filmmaker Neil Goss. Greg had a chat with Neil about the genesis of the project, shooting in New York and working with a cast of young, largely unknown actors.
