The Gateway is the fourth film from Western Australian filmmaker John V Soto. This low budget sci-fi thriller was written by Soto and Michael White. Jane Chandler (Jacqueline McKenzie), a particle physicist grieving over the loss of her husband, travels to a parallel world to find him again, with dire consequences for her family. The Gateway hits cinemas on May 3. Greg speaks to writer/director John V Soto to find out about writing the script, casting the film and shooting the film on a $2million budget.
