This year Gasworks Backyard Cinema delivers a unique twist on the open air screenings with grassroots community screenings designed to celebrate the diverse community groups and spirit in Melbourne’s south, with an excellent line-up of contemporary and classic films. There are two Australian premiers. Screening every Friday commencing on January 15, and running through until March 18, Gasworks Backyard Cinema is an accessible and enjoyable way to watch movies. Greg spoke to Louise Malcolm from Outdoor Cinema to find out more about this year’s program.
