The 32nd Alliance Francaise French Film Festival is screening at Palace Cinemas around Australia throughout March. This year the festival is screening 37 films that highlight the best in contemporary French cinema. The opening night film is the historical biopic Eiffel, while the closing night attraction is #IAMHERE. There is also a special retrospective 60th anniversary screening of a restored print of Godard’s classic Breathless. Greg speaks with Phillipe Osterman from the Alliance Francaise about this year’s massive program and tries to pick out a few highlights.
