The Other Film Festival is held every two years and features local and international feature films and short films that provide unique perspectives about the lived experience of disabilities. This year the festival is being held as part of the Melbourne Fringe Festival. It runs from September 28- September 30, and will be held at the State Library. Greg spoke to festival director Mija Gwyn, who is deaf, to find out more about this year’s TOFF screenings and panel discussions.
