The inaugural Fantastic Film Festival Australia is all about showcasing bold, provocative and ground-breaking cinema, and it gives a home for mind-breakers, trend-setters, razor-walkers, loose-wires, truth-talkers, trailblazers and envelope-pushers. The Fantastic Film Festival Australia comes to Lido Cinemas (VIC) and Ritz Cinemas (NSW) from February 20. The showcase of alternative and genre cinema has been curated with an eye on the way fantastic stories reveal truths about the time in which they are made. Greg speaks to festival director Hudson Sowada.
