The fifth annual Children’s International Film Festival screens from May 27-June 12 at the Lido, the Classic and Cameo Cinemas in Melbourne and the Ritz Cinema in Sydney. The festival offers a curated program of films from around the world aimed at engaging and entertaining children of all ages. All of the films are Australian premieres. There is a special retrospective screening of Babe: Pig In The City which celebrates its 29th anniversary. Festival programmer Thomas Caldwell spoke to Greg to unpack this year’s program.
